Journalists and students interested in investigative reporting are invited to attend this event.

The African Investigative Journalism Conference, organized by the Journalism Department of the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, will take place as a series of online events between Oct. 6 and 30.

The program features more than 25 panels, training sessions, keynotes and workshops. Topics include great stories, issues in investigative reporting, tools and techniques, and health, science and the pandemic.

The full conference package costs ZAR2,000. Specific sessions range from free to ZAR100.
